Projects and the project card

Every event is a project: statuses, search, notifications and a card with the brief, design, quote, notes and documents.

Projects

All projects are on one page: as cards with a scene preview or as a compact list. At the top there is a summary: how many projects are in progress, for what amount, how many are completed and what the profit is. The list can be filtered by status — in progress, on hold, approved, completed, archive, trash — searched by client and venue and sorted by event date, alphabetically or by status.

A new project takes a minute: a name, the client, phone, email, venue and date. A project on hold — while the client is still thinking — does not take a slot in your plan. A completed project goes to the archive and stays in the statistics; a deleted one waits in the trash until you restore it or delete it for good.

The bell reminds you of what matters: the client has filled in the brief, an event is coming up, a task is due, renderings or your plan are running out.

The project card

The card is the whole project on one screen: the brief, design, quote, notes and documents. The header shows the client, phone, date and venue, next to it the project stage: brief, rendering, quote, approved. At the bottom there is the final price for the client, the retainer with quick 30, 50 and 100 percent buttons, and the balance due. Changes save themselves, and if the project is open in two tabs, the edits are merged instead of overwriting each other.

Design

The design block collects the sketches from the editor, AI renderings, Mr. Deco concepts and venue photos. Any image can be opened, downloaded or taken back into the editor. Photos and sketches that your client sent with the brief are here too, marked “from client”.
